Good morning! I work as a System Administrator for Stanford University at the SLAC National Laboratory. Currently, I manage and maintain SLAC's email infrastructure (including Exchange, Office365, LISTSERV, PostFix, SendMail, etc). Previously, I was the primary Account Services technician and provided general IT support for the SLAC IT Service Desk.

Need Email / LISTSERV Help?

If you are a user at SLAC who needs help with email (Exchange / Office365) or LISTSERV, I am happy to provide assistance.

  • Submit a Request (requires SLAC login) if you need to create, change, or delete something.
  • Submit an Incident (Ticket) if something does not function as intended and needs to be fixed.

The SLAC IT Service Desk is the best resource for SLAC users who need help with anything related to IT. There are three ways you can reach out to them for help:

  2. Call 650-926-HELP [4357] (open Monday - Friday, 7AM to 6PM)
  3. Visit the SLAC IT Walk-Up Desk in Building 50 (open Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM)
